These terms apply when you use botware.club, run by Aidrix Labs in India. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
Your account
- Give true details, keep your password safe, and tell us if someone else uses your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission and supervision.
- Organisations must be represented by someone allowed to act for them.
What you post
- You own what you post. You let us show it on botware.club, and in search results and previews that point to it, for as long as it's on the site.
- Post only things you have the right to share. No spam, scams, harassment, hate, illegal items, unsafe or dangerous instructions, or other people's private information.
- We may hide or remove posts, listings or accounts that break these rules or the law, and act on reports from members.
Deals between members
Marketplace listings, 3D printing and prototyping job orders, freelance work and event passes are arrangements between the members involved. botware.club helps you find each other but isn't a party to the deal, doesn't handle payments yet, and doesn't guarantee the quality, safety, delivery or legality of items and services. Check who you're dealing with, agree terms in writing, and be careful with advance payments. Business listings marked "Listed from public info" come from the businesses' own public pages and aren't endorsements.
Products from botware
Items shown as "Coming soon" aren't on sale yet. Prices and details may change before they are.
Information on the site
- The Daily Brief is summarised from the linked news sources with the help of AI tools and is presented by an AI-made character. It may contain mistakes: check the sources before relying on it.
- Event details, AI model details and business details are collected from public pages and may change; confirm them with the official source.
- Videos from YouTube play in YouTube's player and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Tools such as the NFC tools are provided as they are. Test them before relying on them.
Our liability
We work to keep botware.club running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by members, businesses, or other sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Ending use
You can stop using botware.club and ask us to delete your account at any time through the Contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Questions: use the Contact page.
